Your Plan... God's Plan

"We can make our plans, but the Lord determines our steps. Proverbs 16: 9 (NLT)

2019 is right around the corner. Precisely 2 days away! This New Year holds so many blessings, opened doors, happiness, peace, and opportunities that you could not dream or imagine.

Are you ready to receive these?!

God has such a Monumental Plan for your life that others, as well yourself might not be able to/can't comprehend! God has a plan for your life. He has a good plan for your life, Never ever forget that!

"And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them". Romans 8:28 (NLT)
God doesn't promise that everything in your life would be good. For example, nothing in this world works perfectly; our bodies are broken unless we would not need doctors or nurses, our minds are broken it doesn't always think the right things or in the right way. Nothing in this world, on this earth, is perfect.
The Only Perfect place to ever exists is Heaven
In Heaven, there is no suffering, sadness, sorrow, cries of hopelessness or sickness. There are none of these in Heaven. Everything on earth is broken. However, God has an Enormous Good Plan for your life. Maybe you made bad, maybe even very foolish decisions in 2018, despite this God will use those and turn them into a good plan, to work together for your good. Yet, God's promise isn't for everybody in the world. Everything "works together for the good of those who love God". Everything works together for those who say "God, I give you my life. Help me to fulfil the purpose that you have made for me". Note that the scripture doesn't say 'all things are good'. God will use the bad, ugly, bitter, downright dirty parts of your life to make everything work together for your good. Think of it this way, when you make a meal you need individual ingredients, for example, ginger, garlic, onions, egg, coriander, raw meat, chicken, beef etc.. to make that meal tasty and delicious. Taking each individual ingredient by itself does not taste good! It's when you mix all these ingredients that you can create a delicious meal.

It is in this way that God works. God takes all bad, ugly, bitter and dirty parts of your life and makes it all work for your good. Why? Because He loves you and He is a Good and Faithful God! God is going to take everything that wasn't good, pleasant, and bad, as well as bad experiences to make you in 2019! God wants to work in Your Life! Let Him.

Some people might ask 'what is God's purpose for my life?' This is between you and God. Prayer, meditating on the word of God, and seeking Him in everything will help you to know the purpose He has for you. You need to Believe that God is truly working in your life, that His Will for your life is Good and Perfect! You need to Claim that whatever it is and wherever it is that God Leads, there You Will Go! Apply this to every aspect of your life in 2019! Wherever God Leads you is Where you will Go!

Prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father, as we enter into this new year Lord we pray that your Holy Spirit continues to be with us, that your spirit moves with us into 2019. Lord help us to throw away and leave behind everything that was not sent by you, everything that distracted us from being with you intimately, everything that came in between and may have hindered us from having a relationship with you. Lead us into 2019 with your full armour, the enemy cannot and will not touch us because you are our God, you are for us and you are powerful and mighty and great! Thank you, for keeping us in 2018, sustaining us and our faith in 2018, protecting us in 2018, teaching us many many lessons in 2018 and keeping us from all evil, sickness and disease in 2018. Lord, we know that you are Good and we know that All your plans, every single page written of our lives have been written in Love because God you are Love. We Love you, we thank you. In Jesus Name. Amen!

The Season of Loss

How do you handle Loss? The Bible says, 8 " O my people, trust in him at all times.    Pour out your heart to him,  for God is our refuge". (Psalm 62: 8) (NLT).  As we face inevitable losses in life, we need to remember that we have the ability to pick up and put ourselves back together, and begin to get on with our lives once again. When we experience loss we may get these feelings: fear, depression, worry, guilt and anger. If these emotions are ignored, it may take longer to recover and move on from your grief. This is why it is healthy and okay to experience all these emotions, some people experience these emotions at once, others may be staggered. Everyone goes through them, in relation to Loss, no matter what they may say. People who deal with grief and pretend that everything is okay and that life can be lived as normal, will ultimately struggle with the stress of many emotions. This struggle can last for months or years and y ears to come. Jesus said, 4 "...

Giving! How Do You Give? Is it in your heart to give willingly?

When giving to others; whether it is your money, time or things which have sentimental value to you, how do you give this to others?  How do you feel towards giving and how do you feel when you give willingly? Remember this: In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said:  ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’  ” (Acts 20:35) (NIV). Is it in your heart to give willingly? God Gives! So we must be Givers . Psalms 32:21 says "... the righteous give generously". (NIV). When we give, our giving must stem from God's unfailing Love. The most well-known passage reads, For God so loved  the world that he gave  his one and only Son..." (John 3: 16) (NIV). God sent to earth his 'One and Only Son'! This passage holds such an importance about how God Gave! God is generous and He wants us to learn to be generous and Give, to be more like Him. Giving requires having F...

Conflict... Resolving conflict

How do you resolve conflict in your life? 15 " A gentle answer  turns away wrath,  but a harsh word stirs up anger."  (Proverbs 15:1) (NIV). Why is it that when someone gets angry we also get angry, when people raise or shout at us, we usually shout or raise our voice back at them. By mirroring their actions, you are allowing the situation to escalate ad get out of hand, soon it becomes too late. " When other people raise their voice, lower yours — in your marriage, in your parenting, in your friendships, and at work. That’s called strength under control." (Pastor Rick Warren). When you oppose to what someone has says, take a step back and reevaluate the situation for a brief moment, come back, and handle the situation in the best way. This could be done by simply walking away. This deescalates the anger. The Bible declares that, 4 " If your boss is angry at you, don’t quit!  A quiet spirit can overcome even great mistakes." ( Ecclesiastes 10:4) (NL...
